Abstract

   This document describes updates to the functional specification of
   the Trademark Clearing House, among them a new verison of the
   trademark claims notice.

Status of This Memo

   This Internet-Draft is submitted in full conformance with the

1.  Background

   This document describes updates to the functional specification for
   the Trademark Clearing House.  Among the updates is version 01 of the
   trademark claims notice (i.e. the tmNotice:notice (tmNotice:notice)
   XML element).  Version 01 of the trademark claims notices enables the
   expression of policies defined in [GNSO.RPM].
